Yes, it’s quite an epic journey on Sedaris’ homemaking and entertaining truTV series, which has brought her quirky tidbits to life, with Jane Krakowski, Neil Patrick Harris, Rachel Dratch and Stephen Colbert all passing through for firsthand demonstrations.
In ET’s exclusive first look at Tuesday’s all-new episode, Justin Theroux makes an unexpected appearance as an ill-tempered astronaut, who doesn’t seem to care for his host’s space jokes.
Of course, fans of Sedaris know that she and Theroux are longtime friends -- she stood as best man during his and Jennifer Aniston’s wedding -- so it’s no surprise to see him on At Home. And his appearance is in keeping with unexpected guest stars and cameos -- including a very creepy Michael Shannon -- throughout the show’s hilarious first season, which draws to a close on Dec. 19.
