The pop star, along with Jimmy Fallon and The Roots, try out the Nintendo Labo Instruments.

It doesn't take much to make Ariana Grande's new single sound good.

On Monday, The Tonight Show released a video of the 24-year-old pop star, along with host Jimmy Fallon and The Roots, doing a special rendition of "No Tears Left to Cry."

She and the Tonight Show team looked ready for chemistry class in lab coats and protective goggles as they performed the track using Nintendo Labo Instruments. Each instrument featured in the video is made from only cardboard and a Nintendo Switch. Needless to say, the performance was very impressive.

Last week, Grande sang her new song for the first time on TV when she appeared on the late-night program.

She also sat down with Fallon on the interview couch, and opened up about her new music and forthcoming album, which Fallon revealed is titled Sweetener.

"It's kind of about bringing light to a situation, or someone's life, or someone who brings light to your life," Grande said of the record. "Sweetening the situation."

Grande further announced to her cheering fans, "My album is coming this summer." She even hinted at a release date, telling Fallon that it will be coming out in around three months.
