Did Kimmel pick right?

Oops! Arie Luyendyk Jr. may have remained tight-lipped on Tuesday night’s Jimmy Kimmel Live!, but that doesn’t mean he kept all of the Bachelor spoilers under wraps.

The 36-year-old reality star’s season of the hit ABC competition series premiered on Monday, introducing a new cast of hopefuls. But even one episode in, Kimmel (with the help of his wife, Molly) was ready for his annual predictions of this season’s winner and finalists.

Kimmel declared that Arie would pick Becca K. as his winner, despite the contestant oddly asking Arie to get down on one knee in the premiere. And while the Bachelor obviously wouldn’t confirm the guess, he did give a telling hint when Kimmel noted that Tia, Chelsea, and Bekah M. would be finalists on this season.

“Chelsea, you gave her the first impression rose, she’s very attractive, she’s aggressive, she’s also clearly going to be the villain, so you need to keep her around for a while,” Kimmel said. “You won’t pick her, you’ll just keep giving her roses so she can antagonize everyone else in the house.”

Arie first shrugged before shaking his head “no” and causing the audience to gasp. Whether he was saying “no” to her sticking around, to her being the villain, or to Arie not picking her was unclear.

Arie also stayed mum about the last time he’s seen this season’s winner, though he did confirm that he fell in love with “two of the women” on the show, adding, “Unfortunately, you do have to pick one.” He shared the same confession with ET previously.

He also noted that being on the show has affected his work in real estate.

“I drove somebody around, and we looked at houses and then I realized, she’s not buying a house. She just wanted to hang out,” he quipped. “So I think this might be creating a problem for me.”

ET’s Lauren Zima recently sat down with the new Bachelor to talk about his season. Watch his exclusive interview below!
