ET's Brooke Anderson chatted up the Golden Globe nominees on Sunday's red carpet, getting them to open up about their respective projects and co-stars.
Christoph Waltz plays a companion to Jamie Foxx's character in Django Unchained, and according to the Austrian actor, their onscreen chemistry required no acting at all.
"We effortlessly became friends," said Waltz, who described Foxx's demeanor as "wonderfully easy."
Jeff Daniels has effortlessly played a red-blooded news anchor on the HBO series The Newsroom -- a role he's looking forward to seeing evolve in season 2.
"It's the gig of a lifetime, really," Daniels confessed. "When you have Aaron Sorkin doing the writing -- and he is one of our great writers -- you're in such good hands."
