Dot-Marie Jones: I Will Always Love Cory Monteith

Glee star Dot-Marie Jones went through a myriad of emotions this morning, receiving news of her Emmy nomination in the wake of Cory Monteith's passing.
"I honestly didn't know," Jones said when asked if she was aware of Monteith's struggles. "This year I worked a lot with Cory one-on-one and Cory was present."
The 49-year-old actress went on to describe Monteith's passing as a "loss for everyone involved."
"I love him and I still do," Jones said, fighting back tears. "I don't have a fond memory because every memory is fantastic."
This morning, Jones was nominated for her third consecutive Emmy in the category for Guest Actress in a Comedy Series, and while she is still grieving the loss of her co-star, she is grateful for this acknowledgement.
"This is my 23rd year acting," said Jones. "And to be nominated the last three seasons on Glee says a lot about the writing and their trust in me, and I just couldn't be happier."
