As the Golden Globe nominations were announced Thursday in anticipation of one of the industry's biggest awards parties next month, ET's Rocsi Diaz was at the ceremony in Beverly Hills with this year's official ambassador for the event, Sosie Bacon.
The 21-year-old daughter of Kevin Bacon and Kyra Sedgwick will assist during this year's Golden Globe Awards, airing Sunday, January 12 on NBC. "I'm really excited, it's so much fun," Sosie said. She also gave a shout out to some of her favorite Golden Globe nominees.
"I was excited that Greta Gerwig got nominated for Frances Ha because I
thought that was such a cool movie. And for Top of the Lake, which is a
series that I absolutely loved on Sundance Channel."
Rocsi also caught up with Barry Adelman -- Executive Producer for this year's Golden Globe Awards -- who said he's thrilled that the show will once again be hosted by Tina Fey and Amy Poehler, who he added will surely provide some funny, unscripted moments.
"We don't know what to expect, that's what is so great about them," Adelman said. "But this is like a great sequel, you know when you have a hit and they make a sequel. They're perfect for this, we're so happy they're back and we'll enjoy it with you."
