Matthew Gets Hug, Kiss & High Five for Oscar Nom

The stars are still buzzing from yesterday morning's Oscar nominations, and ET's Nancy O'Dell, Rob Marciano and Rocsi Diaz were in all the right places to capture the distinguished nominees' reactions, including Matthew McConaughey regarding his Dallas Buyers Club Best Actor nom!

PICS: Matthew McConaughey's Craziest Suits

"It feels wonderful on a whole lot of fronts," McConaughey told ET's Nancy O'Dell on the phone from home as he was getting his kids ready for school. "We always knew that this was going to be a film that was important and needed to be told -- one of those movies that you go, 'That's probably one I should see.' But there was no guarantee of this that we were going to make an entertaining film that would communicate to people, 'Boy that was really important, plus I really loved the movie.' ... To be feeling that, plus it gets nominated for Best Picture, the script gets nominated, myself and Jared [Leto], there's a lot of pride, and that fills me up quite a bit."

So how did wife Camila Alves react to the news? "She just kind of gave me a big shriek -- it wasn't really a word at all -- and then we got a big nice hug, and a good-morning kiss and a high five."
