Grammys: Madonna's Son Makes Red Carpet Debut!

Many Grammy watchers were tuned in to the red carpet on Sunday to see who would arrive with whom, and as ET's Nancy O'Dell found out, Madonna's date turned out to be her 8-year-old son David!

"That's right, nobody's cuter than David," the pop star told Nancy. When asked whether or not he was excited to be walking the carpet with his mom, David -- who was decked out in a sharp black suit and tie and matching fedora -- simply replied, "Yes."

While she didn't give specific details about her historic Grammys performance with Macklemore & Ryan Lewis -- during which 33 gay and straight couples were married onstage by Queen Latifah -- Madonna promised Nancy beforehand that it would be something "cray cray."

"History will be made on the stage tonight, for real -- and I'm going to be a part of it," she said. "I am having fun because there are a lot of great artists performing
here tonight. And a girl loves an excuse to dress up, and I've got the
finest date in town," she added.
