2016 Daytime Emmy Awards Nominations: ET, 'The Insider' and 'The Talk' Score Nods!

Nominations for the 43rd Annual Daytime Emmy Awards were announced Thursday morning on The Talk and we are proud to announce that Entertainment Tonight and The Insider both picked up nods for Outstanding Entertainment News Program!

ET has won the award for the past two years in a row, and executive producer Brad Bessey posted a congratulatory tweet just after the announcement was made.

NEWS: Entertainment Tonight Wins a Daytime Emmy!

"Congrats to the entire @etnow & @TheInsider teams for our @DaytimeEmmys nominations!!!" he wrote. "Gr8 hearing the news at 35K feet. Thanks @AmericanAir."

Other notable nominations include The Talk, which won last year for Outstanding Writing - Special Class, and The Young and the Restless, which earned 27 nominations!
