Kevin Bacon & Jon Cryer React to Emmy Noms

ET has the reactions from male nominees Kevin Bacon and "Two and a Half Men" star Jon Cryer.

Bacon is nominated for Outstanding Actor in a Mini-series or Movie for his role in HBO's "Taking Chance." This is his first nomination. His wife Kyra Sedgwick is also up for an Emmy for her role in the TNT program "The Closer."

"The most nerve racking part of going to awards, to me, is that I'm going to step on the end of [Kyra's] dress," Bacon tells ET's of escorting his wife to the Emmy Awards. "So, I find myself often kind of carrying her train, and I guess this time I'm going to actually be able to walk next to her so that will be good. I'm hoping maybe she'll have to worry about stepping on my dress."

Cryer is up for Outstanding Supporting Actor in a Comedy making this his fourth year in a row being nominated. "It's an amazing thing whenever it happens. ...To keep getting these chances is amazing. ...To keep losing to Jeremy Piven is amazing." he says jokingly of his nomination.
