'Glee' Cast Voices Excitement for Award Show Season

 

The students of William McKinley High School are sounding off about "Glee"'s award nominations and their People's Choice Award win.

In Style magazine hosted a party for the talented cast in celebration of their success and their Golden Globe nominations. "We're very excited," Jenna Ushkowitz, who plays Tina Cohen-Chang on "Glee", said of the show's four Golden Globe nods. "We're just thrilled to even go!"

"Glee" is up for Best Television Series and cast members Lea Michele, Matthew Morrison and Jane Lynch are also nominated. "I'm really excited about clothes. I'm a style person. I was really excited [to hear] that we were going," actress Amber Riley, who plays Mercedes Jones, says of attending the big night. "I think our main focus is just working on 'Glee' and the show we have now."

The first season of the breakout comedy series is now out on DVD.
