The Academy Awards ceremony celebrates the year's best movies, but on the Oscars red carpet the stars had a few other things on their mind, most of all -- food! Who ate what on their big day? The A-listers reveal all!

Amy Adams, nominated for her role in 'The Fighter,' kept it simple with her Oscar day menu. "Egg whites and tomato," she told ET. "Protein, vitamin C and lots of coffee -- probably too much coffee!"

'The Fighter''s Melissa Leo also did the egg thing.

"I ate some soft boiled eggs and rye toast," the Best Supporting Actress nominee revealed.

Jennifer Hudson stuck to her Weight Watchers regime and ate "some shrimp and chicken with red peppers and green peppers."

But not everyone held back. Fourteen-year-old nominee Hailee Steinfeld "ate a burger and a pizza" before the show while Hugh Jackman, who's bulking up for the upcoming 'Wolverine' movie,' was allowed to indulge with a 12 egg white omelet, steak, chicken, broccoli and beans.

Meanwhile, the celebs also revealed which of the 10 movies up for best picture best represents their own lives -- with 'True Grit' being the most popular answer!

But 'The Kids are All Right''s Mark Ruffalo said 'The King's Speech' best represented his life.

"Because I'm painfully shy and it's taken me a long time to get past that!" he said.
