Oscar Nominees Celebrate 'Kumbaya' Moment
Oscar nominee Josh Brolin tells ET's movie guru Leonard Maltin he feels like he's in a "hippie commune" while mingling with his fellow nominees at yesterday's Oscar luncheon at the Beverly Hilton Hotel.
The 'Milk' actor agrees with Maltin that this truly is "Hollywood's kumbaya moment."
Oscar-winning director Ron Howard has been nominated for 'Frost/Nixon' and says Oscar season never gets dull. "I think you appreciate it more when you realize it's a minor miracle when a movie comes together and will play for audiences and for critics," Howard says of his nomination.
Robert Downey Jr. has a different reaction to his Supporting Actor nom for his role as an award-hungry actor in the comedy 'Tropic Thunder.' "I can't believe I was nominated playing someone who's hell bent on being nominated."
See who will take home an Oscar at the 81st Academy Awards airing on ABC, Sunday, February 22 in Los Angeles.
