Sean Penn on SAG Award: 'I was Surprised'
ET's Mark Steines went backstage at the SAG Awards to get the winning reaction of 'Milk' actor Sean Penn along with some other award-winning celebrities.
Penn tells Mark that "every job is full of pressure," and he's "surprised" he won for his portrayal of the first openly gay man to be voted into public office in America, Harvey Milk.
Another household name, Sally Field, also won a SAG award, and says the honor "means a whole lot because it comes from other actors."
"House" star Hugh Laurie agrees. "[Actors] know what's hard and what's easy," he explains the significance of his award.
Other SAG winners to join Mark backstage included: Kate Winslet, Meryl Streep, the 'Slumdog Millionaire' cast and the "30 Rock" cast.
Watch the video to see what movie star Mark gets compared to by Mrs. Streep, and hear what the "30 Rockers" have to say about a possible new show by Tina Fey.
