It was a good year for quirky, hipster girls. Following in the footsteps of 30 Rock star Tina Fey, New Girl Zooey Deschanel, Girls creator Lena Dunham, and The Office's Mindy Kaling (who got her own FOX show) have been making moves all over primetime.
