It's no secret to Parks and Recreation fans that Amy Poehler's character Leslie Knope has a crush on Vice President Joe Biden, which is why the actress really went for it with one of our nation's leaders.

Poehler, 41, reminds the audience that her character often times describes her dream man as having the "brains of George Clooney and the body of Joe Biden," which is why the show asked the V.P. to make a cameo on the show. "At the very end, just for the heck of it, I just went in for a kiss," Poehler revealed Tuesday night on Late Show with David Letterman.

So, how did Biden, 70, respond to the actress' advances? "He was so great. I think he's used to a lot of crazy people," she told Letterman. "You learn a lot about yourself and the other person when you go in for a kiss."
