Before the clock strikes 2013, Dick Clark's New Year's Rockin' Eve party will be your last chance to see a live performance in 2012 of this year's hits including Call Me Maybe and We Are Never Ever Getting Back Together.

Carly Rae Jepsen and Taylor Swift will join Ryan Seacrest to watch the ball drop in Times Square along with performances by Fergie, Brandy, Flo Rida, Karmin, OneRepublic and Pitbull, The Hollywood Reporter confirms. In addition, Fergie and Jenny McCarthy will host a two-hour tribute to the late Dick Clark.

Dick Clark's New Year's Rockin' Eve is set to air on ABC on Dec. 31, 2012 from 8 p.m. to 2 a.m. The schedule is as follows:

8:00-10:00 p.m. ET -- New Year's Rockin' Eve Celebrates Dick Clark

10:00-11:00 p.m. ET -- Dick Clark's Primetime New Year's Rockin' Eve with Ryan Seacrest 2013
