Lindsay Lohan has once again found herself in trouble with the law as the embattled actress was arrested early Thursday morning after a bar brawl broke out at a New York City nightclub, police confirm to ET.

Lohan, 26, was arrested for allegedly punching a female patron at Club Avenue. The Liz & Dick actress left the club but cops intercepted the car and arrested her.

She has since been released and is facing third degree assault charges.
