Brad Pitt Headed to TV For HBO Pilot

He's mastered the big screen, and now, Brad Pitt takes on TV in his new deal with HBO.

The A-list actor, 48, and his production company, Plan B, are working on a pilot that is set to air on the cable channel, Variety reports. The hour-long drama Paper is based on a New Yorker article by Jake Halpern about a "notorious ex-gangster and single father in Buffalo, N.Y., who is trying to reform himself by also serving as a professional debt collector. He finds, however, that life in the debt collection business can be just as lethal as the biz he's struggling to leave behind."

Meanwhile, Plan B has two movies coming out with Pitt in the starring role. Killing Them Softly opens Friday and the zombie drama World War Z is set hit theaters in June.

Fingers crossed that Pitt will make an appearance in his TV pilot, but there no rumblings of this just yet. Still, let's reminisce on one of Pitt's most memorable TV moments, his guest starring role on Friends!
