In the latest teaser for Showtime's sexy show Californication, leading man David Duchovny takes fans through what to expect in the sixth season of the show.

After being drugged by his girlfriend and later learning that she doesn't survive, Hank Moody (Duchovny) spirals out of control thus leading his friends and family to send him into rehab. Though, as Californication fans can assume, this does nothing for the brooding, witty author.

Meanwhile, Moody's book (that turned romcom in the first season) God Hates Us All is now being turned into a Broadway play created by rocker Atticus Fetch (Tim Minchin). Maggie Grace (Lost, The League) comes on as Fetch's groupie and muse of sorts.

The sixth season of Californication premieres Sunday, January 13 at 10:30 p.m. ET on Showtime.
