Honorable Mention: Tatum & McAdams

The 2012 romance movie The Vow marks the second Nicholas Sparks movie where a Rachel McAdams character suffers memory loss (the first being The Notebook). The movie picks up after a car accident that puts Paige (McAdams) in a coma. When she wakes up with severe memory loss, her husband Leo (Channing Tatum) must work to win her heart all over again.
