Hayden Panettiere may be igniting an old flame. The Nashville star was spotted in Florida with her ex Wladimir Klitschko, and the two seemed to have fallen into their old routine.

On Tuesday, Feb. 19, the 23-year-old was seen hanging around the Ukranian heavyweight boxer's beachfront condo and walking her dog. Meanwhile, Klitschko flaunted his fit physique during a paddleboarding session. The two were also spotted holding hands and giggling with one another.

This is the second time in only a few weeks that Panettiere has reportedly jet-setted off to Florida to see the 36-year-old athlete.

This rekindled romance comes just two months after the actress split from her boyfriend of a year and a half, Scott McKnight.
