Vanessa Hudgens Debuts 'Spring Breakers' Song

By JACKIE WILLIS

March 25, 2013

Vanessa Hudgens' High School Musical days are most definitely over! The Spring Breakers star debuted a song in conjunction with her new racy film, and it's a far cry from Sneakernight.

"It's been a while since I've released a track, so I'm so excited to share this with y'all!" Hudgens, 24, announced on her website Friday. "Last night I spent some time recording in the studio w/ Rock Mafia & YLA! The song's inspired by SPRING BREAKERS!!"

Titled $$$ex, the track has a Sleigh Bells sound as Hudgens yells throughout the song. The fast track also features some pretty adult lyrics that read: "You think you're so f***ing clever!/Don't mistake my kindness for weakness/I got something to show you but you just can't see it."

The chorus reads: "Can't you feel my heart sex?"

What do you think of Hudgens' return to music? Is this song better than Sneakernight?
