'Game of Thrones' Queen: I'm Broke!

In real life, Lena Headey isn't living like a queen. The Game of Thrones star, who plays the royal Cersei Lannister, revealed in court documents that thanks to her filing for divorce from hairdresser Peter Loughran in July, she only has $5 to her name.

"At the present time, I have less than $5 in my bank account and have been using credit cards to pay for living expenses for myself and our son Wylie," the HBO star, 39, confessed in a 75-page document (via E!).

Given her alleged financial constraints, Headey is requesting that her estranged husband give her a portion of their 2011 tax refund (a $6,000 advance to be exact), because due to her pregnancy with the couple's now two-year-old child, she was unable to be insured for work. This, she claims, is why the two "burned through their savings" in addition to incurring a "substantial amount of consumer debt to pay for our living expense during marriage."

A hearing has been scheduled for April 26.

Coincidentally, Headey recently told Esquire of her employment status, "All I know is my character isn't dead yet. And that's great, but I don't take anything for granted. I'm sort of like a T. Rex in the world of female actresses. Every time a job is finished, I look at my car and think, 'Could I live in it?'"

Game of Thrones is currently in its third season on HBO.
