Even before Justin Bieber announced via Instagram that he and Selena Gomez had rekindled their romance, the Spring Breakers star was already hinting to InStyle magazine that the two were getting back together when in the interview, the subject turned to the singer/actress' dating life.
"It's uncomfortable that everywhere I go, people know. I don't like that. But Justin and I never really focused on the attention," Gomez, 20, told the magazine prior to the pair's recent reunion in Norway. She said of the possibility of her having another high-profile relationship, "You can't help who you date. So I wouldn't swear off that or say that's what I want again. I don't know. I'm a kid, and a breakup is normal."
Adding of 19-year-old Bieber, "I have to go through the emotions and feel it out. I'm doing my own thing, being with my friends, and he's doing very well too."
Gomez also admitted to InStyle that she took a tip from her friend Taylor Swift and wrote about her breakup with the Baby singer. "That's the most personal track on the record, for sure," she said of the song Love Will Remember off her upcoming Star Dance album. "I think it's a sweet way of releasing it. It's not an aggressive approach to what people are probably expecting. I'm sure he'll love it too."
The starlet just released the video for her song Come and Get It. Check it out below and let us know: Do you think Gomez and Bieber's love affair will last?
