Jim Carrey Bashes 'Kick-Ass 2' For Its Violence

Kick-Ass 2 hasn't even hit theaters yet and already it's receiving bad press, and from one of its own co-stars! Jim Carrey decided to take to Twitter to retract his support for the film.
The 51-year-old actor wrote on Sunday, June 23:
I did Kickass a month b4 Sandy Hook and now in all good conscience I cannot support that level of violence. My apologies to e— Jim Carrey (@JimCarrey) June 23, 2013

The R-rated comic book sequel has Aaron Johnson returning as Kick-Ass and Chloe Grace Moretz reprising her role as Hit Girl with Carrey coming in as Colonel Stars and Stripes.
