Ever since their 1998 movie The Wedding Singer, Drew Barrymore and Adam Sandler have been falling in love on-screen every few years. On Wednesday's Tonight Show, the rom-com couple paid tribute to that, and Barrymore got a little emotional.
As host Jimmy Fallon (the actress' on-screen love interest in Fever Pitch) strummed the guitar, the two began to sing an original tune titled Every 10 Years, which references them making a movie together every decade.
Right before finishing the song, Sandler, 47, went into his tune from The Wedding Singer. "I could be the man who grows old with you," he sang.
Needless to say, a very pregnant Barrymore, 37, started to cry a little. Following The Wedding Singer and the 2004 film 50 First Dates, Sandler and Barrymore are starring in the rom-com Blended, hitting theaters May 23.
