This rapper needs to keep his day job. 50 Cent made the first pitch at the New York Mets game on Tuesday night, and it's being called the worst first pitch in history.

Before the MLB team went up against the Pittsburgh Pirates at Citi Field (23-28), the 38-year-old hip-hop artist stepped onto the mound and threw a pitch that Mets announcer Gary Cohen referred to as, "Juuuuuust a bit outside!"

Kevin Burkhardt, of MLB's Strike Zone, chatted with 50 Cent after the terrible pitch, and the In Da Club rapper blamed the throw on Curtis Jackson, his given name.

50 Cent was a good sport about the pitch, tweeting: "I'm a hustler not a D**n ball player. LMAO #smsaudio #animalambition."

He added on Instagram: "The sh** almost hit the camera man d**n, if you look close you can see them moving the plate. Lol #smsaudio #animalambition."
