Katie Holmes' Next Move

Katie Holmes is soldiering on professionally.

After news of her split with Tom Cruise broke Friday, Holmes seems to be reviving her career by clearly going the fashion route -- her first post-divorce sighting was for an appearance as a guest judge on Project Runway, and now it's confirmed that her fashion line Holmes & Yang, which she co-founded with her stylist Jeannie Yang (who also happens to be Tom Cruise's stylist in addition to other A-list clients like Christian Bale), will have its very first fashion presentation at New York Fashion Week this September.

A spokeswoman for the brand, which sells at upscale stores like Barneys and Harvey Nichols, told WWD that Holmes' personal matters "aren't affecting the line." And while the venue hasn't been decided yet, Holmes & Yang will definitely be showing their spring collection in September in a "fashion presentation" as opposed to a runway show.

Holmes & Yang products include daywear, eveningwear and handbags. The line was founded in 2009.

As for Cruise, he is currently filming the sci-fi epic Oblivion in California. The trailer for his next big action flick Jack Reacher dropped Tuesday.
