Kim Kardashian: Victim of 'Fashion Snobbery'

Are fashion designers really hesitant to dress Kim Kardashian? According to renown stylist Nicola Formichetti, they are.

In the brand-new issue of Elle magazine, Formichetti, who worked his magic on stars such as Lady Gaga, transforms Kardashian into several distinct looks. In speaking with the publication about the spread, the stylist dubbed the photoshoot "challenging" because he was denied access to outfits by several unnamed designers.

"People wouldn't lend me the clothes," said Formichetti, calling the move "fashion snobbery."

Apparently Roberto Cavalli, Oscar de la Renta and Tom Ford were unaffected by the supposed "Kardashian bias," seeing as the reality star can be seen decked out in their designer duds.
