Looks like there's a line you can cross when it comes to makeup names, and Kat Von D has done it!

Beauty retailer Sephora has pulled one of Kat Von D's lipsticks from her popular makeup line due to its name "Celebutard," which has offended plenty of customers. Groups such as Down Syndrome Uprising, Family Member and All About Developmental Disabilities have all voiced their displeasure over the name.

The Painted Love Lipstick shade -- a nude, beige color that retails for $19 a tube -- has since been discontinued.

"It has come to our attention that the name of one shade of lipstick we carry has caused offense to some of our clients and others. We are deeply sorry for that," Sephora said in a statement to CTV News. "We have ceased sale of that shade both in our stores and online."

Not surprisingly, the notoriously outspoken Kat Von D wasn't exactly the most apologetic over the uproar, reportedly tweeting, "At the end of the day, it’s just a f***ing lipstick," before deleting the Tweet.
