It was a close call for Britney Spears Saturday, Dec. 28, while performing her hit Circus during her Britney: Piece of Me residency at Planet Hollywood Resort & Casino in Las Vegas, when her glittery jumpsuit popped open in the back, threatening to expose a little bit too much of the pop princess!
