Here's a red carpet look you don't see too often!
Mad Men star Christina Hendricks sported an interesting choice of headwear at Tacori's event celebrating the launch of their Gentlemen's jewelry collection in Los Angles, Calif. Tuesday, covering her signature red locks in a bright yellow Stephen Jones turban.
Let's take a closer look.
Given her standout accessory, Christina kept the rest of her outfit classic, looking chic in a white Wes Gordon button-up blouse and black Ralph Lauren trousers.
"I’ve gotten very into turbans recently!" she told InStyle about the head-turning look. "I’ve liked them for a long time, and I feel like they’re making a comeback so they’re easier to find. I’m picking them up whenever I can find them. I like this one because it’s pre-wrapped so it’s like a hat, and all I have to do is flop it on my head. Plus, the golden yellow color is gorgeous.”
Though Christina is of course, not the first star to rock a turban on the red carpet.
Eva Mendes memorably sported a black silk one at The Place Beyond The Pines premiere at the 2012 Toronto International Film Festival.
And let's not forget Kate Moss' silvery look alongside Marc Jacobs at the 2009 Met Gala!
