We appreciate the "Living for Love" singer's enthusiasm for her revealing black lace Givenchy dress, but we draw the line at the bare butt cut-outs.

The supermodel's sheer baby blue Givenchy gown, featuring an American flag print, was a total miss.

The Victoria's Secret Angel's Giambattista Valli Haute Couture dress was a little too conventionally pretty given the technology theme this year, and it's also been worn before. Girls star Allison Williams wore the exact design at The Parker Institute for Cancer Immunotherapy Gala earlier this month. 

The "Anaconda" rapper's Moschino gown was fun, but ill-fitting.

We know it's Balmain, but sorry, Kanye -- blue ripped jeans will always be a Met Gala red carpet no-no.

We're not loving the Marc Jacobs goth look on the Scandal star.

We could do without the gold and black detailing on the "Confident" singer's Moschino gown. 

The Clouds of Sils Maria star's Chanel gown was notably drab for her usual spunky style. 

The Aloha actress' dark 'do is gorgeous, but we can't get behind the metal Prada corset. 

We get that the all-black drapey look is Mary-Kate Olsen's style go-to, but she could've changed it up a bit for the Met Gala.
