Kim Kardashian West must have checked the weather before she walked out of the house on Monday.

The reality star was spotted leaving her apartment in overcast New York City, wearing an outlandish outfit that included an oversized Yeezy jean jacket, a blue bra top, denim shorts, silver choker and, perhaps the most bizarre part of the ensemble, a pair of clear, plastic thigh-high boots.

Kim looked as confident in this getup as when she and daughter North showed up to Kanye West's concert wearing matching silver sequin outfits on Sunday night.
