Malik says working with his girlfriend made the shoot 'extra special.'
Versace's new Versus campaign got very personal.
Zayn Malik stars in the brand's new Spring/Summer 2017 campaign, and if the photos look a little intimate, it's because they were shot by his girlfriend, Gigi Hadid.

The 21-year-old model used an iPhone and a digital camera to shoot the campaign, which also features Adwoa Aboah, at the Chateau Marmont in Los Angeles.

"It was sick to work with Versus. Dontella is a G. It was extra special that Gigi shot the campaign," Malik said in a press release, while Donatella Versace praised the campaign's "energy."
"The Versus campaign captures everything that is special about ZAYN, Gigi and Adwoa," she said. "They are young people who define the mood of their generation with their honesty, energy and their love."
Hadid later took to Instagram to share images from the campaign, captioning a pic of herself standing over Malik, "My man by me."
