'Pirates of the Caribbean: On Stranger Tides' sails into theaters this Friday, and we're flashing back to our set visit on the first 'Pirates' movie back in 2002!
At the time, both Johnny Depp and Orlando Bloom might not have believed that 'Pirates of the Caribbean: The Curse of the Black Pearl' would be such a blockbuster hit, spawning three sequels and counting, and the question on our mind was whether or not they had ever even been on the Disneyland ride that inspired the movie.
"I remember it very well from when I was a kid, you know -- loving it when I was a kid, eight, ten years old, just loving it," said Johnny. "And then I went back just before we started shooting, and they gave me sort of the tour behind the scenes of the ride. It's fantastic. It's just a great ride, and you're right back to that feeling you had as a kid."
Orlando, however, was not sure if he had ever been on the ride. Watch the video for his response!
