Ruby Gettinger stars in her own reality show, "Ruby: A Journey to Lose the First 100 Pounds," now on DVD. This bubbly and spiritual Southern woman weighed 700 pounds at her heaviest, but when her journey starts on her Style Network series, she tips the scales at 400 pounds. The Savannah, Georgia woman says it took a doctor to wake her up to the health risks her weight was having on her life: "[The doctor] said, 'If you don't lose weight, you're going to die. ... In the next two to three years you will be dead.'" The DVD includes six favorite episodes from the first seasons, plus 30 minutes of unaired special features, including workouts, diet tips and fashion advice to get you started on your own journey.
