Just in time to work off that big Thanksgiving dinner, "The Biggest Loser" is releasing two new workout titles: "The Biggest Loser: Last Chance Workout" and "The Biggest Loser: 30-Day Jump Start." If you're just starting out, "30-Day Jump Start" is the DVD to go with. It features five 10-minute start-up routines, including two cardio segments, upper and lower body strength and an abdominal and core program. Perfect for anyone in a time crunch, the routines can be done individually, or combined for a truly intense 50-minute session. The DVD also features trainer Bob Harper in a segment with tips to motivate and inspire a fitness program. Once you've aced "30-Day Jump Start," move on to the "Last Chance Workout," which consists of one intense 25-minute interval routine and two 10-minute programs that work the upper and lower body, featuring trainer Jillian Michaels.
