Proving that angels in Cojo's fashion heaven do come down to Earth sometimes, Halle Berry singlehandedly shattered her record for being my No.1 Best Dressed for 10 years running when she fell onto the red carpet in this ferociously fug frock. This is what my TV screen looks like when the cable goes down. I don't think I can ever erase this image from my head (unless Halle hightails it to Hermes before I press the send button).
