The perpetually skinny star caused a minor stir in 2007 when she was snapped by photographers buying controversial diet book, Skinny Bitch. Three years later she banned size zero models from her BMW Fashion Week runway show, but continues to tell her detractors, "just because you're thin it doesn't mean you have an eating disorder."
