In 1965, Julie Andrews and Audrey Hepburn posed together after Andrews won the Best Actress award for the children's classic 'Mary Poppins.' In an interesting twist, both women had famously portrayed the role of Eliza Doolittle: Andrews portrayed the Cockney flower girl in the stage adaptation of My Fair Lady in both the West End and on Broadway, but later Hepburn landed the role of Eliza for the 1964 film version. Both 'My Fair Lady' and 'Mary Poppins' came out in 1964, but only Andrews was nominated for Best Actress, the category in which she subsequently won the Oscar.
