On March 8, President Obama and the First Lady attended a musical birthday salute to ailing Massachusetts Senator Ted Kennedy at the Kennedy Center in Washington D.C. For the concert event, Mrs. Obama wore a tiered and ruched black dress, as well as a stunning vintage necklace with yellow and blue stones. The brightly colored accessory certainly popped against her all-black look.
