Showing that even first ladies are frugal during these tough economic times, First Lady Michelle Obama opts for a gray suit and previously worn items from her wardrobe as her outfit for an event at Arlington National Cemetery's Women in Military Service for America Memorial Center on March 3 in Arlington, Va. Mrs. Obama created an updated 'Annie Hall'-esque look by recycling the blue sweater-and-belt combo she wore to a White House event on Feb. 18, and pairing it with the black-and-white button-up that she donned while speaking to school children on Feb. 3.
