The President and First Lady are all smiles as they walk hand-in-hand together at the 2009 White House Governors' Dinner on Feb. 22. For the event, Mrs. Obama selected a sparkly, strapless "twilight gown" by Peter Soronen and big, bold costume jewelry by Tom Binns. After the dinner, the Obamas and the attendees were serenaded by the Marine Corps band, as well as groove masters Earth, Wind & Fire.
