First Lady Michelle Obama was spotted at the Library of Congress today to celebrate Dr. Seuss' birthday and to kick-off the National Education Association's Read Across America celebration. As part of the event, Mrs. O read Dr. Seuss' The Cat in the Hat to a group of children wearing red-and-white striped, stovepipe hats. For the reading, the first lady went with black trousers and an argyle cardigan by Moschino to create a studious ensemble.
