Heidi Montag's Baby Bump Is on Full Display During Intense Workout at Almost 8 Months Pregnant

The star of 'The Hills' takes her fitness very seriously, even with a baby on the way.

Heidi Montag is serious about staying in shape throughout her pregnancy, and on Tuesday, the 30-year-old reality star took to Snapchat and Instagram Stories to show off her impressive workout regimen.

Montag is almost eight months pregnant, but that didn’t stop her from getting in some exercise. In the clips, the mother-to-be showed off her bare baby bump in a rolled-up navy T-shirt and pink shorts.

“More is more,” she captioned one video of herself, pushing hard against resistance bands.

The Hills alum also lifted light weights, did leg lifts, and worked her calves and glutes. All the while, she seemed very focused as she worked with trainer Michael Casey, doing a variety of tough moves.

When she completed the rigorous workout, Montag celebrated with some sparkling cider. “Yah! Sparkling cider party!” she captioned one clip.

Montag and her husband, Spencer Pratt, have been anxiously awaiting the arrival of their baby boy. The couple recently returned from a babymoon in Hawaii, where Montag lounged about in several bikinis.

“Missing paradise,” she recently captioned a throwback picture of herself in a black bikini with Pratt, sipping drinks on the beach.
