The Oscar winner celebrated the milestone with a bunch of fun photos on Instagram.

Hilary Swank has shared a sweet post in honor of her dad, Stephen Swank’s, 70th birthday.

The two-time Oscar winner took three years off from her career to care for Stephen after he had a lung transplant, but on Monday, she celebrated the milestone by posting a series of pics with him.

The two were all smiles in several selfies, and further snaps showed them hanging at the beach and enjoying a meal together.

“Happy 70th Birthday to my Dear Dad,” Swank captioned the slideshow. “Your strength, courage and kindness inspires me beyond. I love you more than you could ever know. ?.”

In March, Swank gave an update on her father’s health during an appearance on The Late Show With Stephen Colbert, saying that he was doing “great.”

"For those of you who don't know, my dad got a lung transplant. It's the hardest surgery a person can undergo and I thank all the people that make themselves a donor, it saves lives," she said. "They had given him a short time to live if he didn't get a lung transplant and thankfully he got one and he's alive and thriving and well."

"I took three years off to be with him and help him through that life journey," she added.

Swank returned to work with the FX series, Trust, which premiered in March.
