JULIANNE HOUGH is kicking off her country career in grand style. The "Dancing with the Stars" professional dancer's eponymous country CD shot to the top of the country charts its first week in release. "I am so excited. I can't believe the album was No. 1 the first week out of the box," she tells ET in an exclusive interview inside her tour bus. "I had no idea what to expect. ADAM CAROLLA and JULIANNE HOUGH delighted the 'DWTS' audience on Monday night with their whimsical paso doble, so much as to reprise it on Tuesday night at the judges' request, but it wasn't enough to save the low-scoring pair from the axe.
"I'm gonna dance my way right to the buffet," the funnyman (who rode a unicycle during his paso doble) joked after getting the news and receiving a standing ovation.

On Tuesday night's "Dancing with the Stars," kicking off the battle for the mirrored-disco ball trophy were high-scoring couple KRISTI YAMAGUCHI and her professional partner MARK BALLAS. Lead judge LEN GOODMAN began the night's criticism, saying, "You can't dance badly in my opinion. Every performance, you have great technique. Mark, you have great choreography. My slight criticism is that every dance has a sameness about it. Not in the choreography, [but in the feel]." BRUNO TONIOLI overrode Len, pointing out, "I think you were unleashed. You were Jezebel out there. The jumps you did were so difficult and you were right on it." CARRIE ANN INABA declared, "You set the standard for this competition. I think it is because of you everybody is working their booties off trying to catch up. You took some chances out there." Kristi and Mark got a 29, with the first 10s of the season being awarded by Carrie Ann and Bruno.

Despite the departure of PENN JILLETTE and MONICA SELES last week, host TOM BERGERON never announced which of the other "Dancing with the Stars" couples had been low scorers and who might be in jeopardy. So the nervous energy was high when the competitors took to the ballroom floor for Monday night's competition, dancing either the jive or the tango, and the battle for the disco-ball trophy is on!

It was a stressful night for the celebs, because tomorrow night not one, but two couples will be sent home: The male star with the lowest number of combined votes, and the female star at the bottom of the point total.

"Dancing with the Stars" funnyman ADAM CAROLLA has a new comedy hitting the big screen this weekend, and ET was at the big Hollywood premiere of 'The Hammer' to get the "Dancing" dish!
'The Hammer' finds Adam as Jerry Ferro, a perpetual underachiever and once-promising boxer who hits a serious mid-life crisis on his 40th birthday. Biding his time between construction jobs and the evening boxing classes he teaches to amateurs at a Pasadena gym, opportunity knocks when he's asked to spar with hot up-and-comer Malice Blake. Jerry gets a serious beating, but a one-punch knockdown of Malice convinces him that it's time to seriously return to the ring -- and embark on a hilarious quest for Olympic gold.

It was Macho Monday on "Dancing with the Stars" when the six male contestants took to the ballroom floor for their first dance. And even though America votes, no one goes home this week. This week's scores will be added to next week's for a cumulative total.
