"I think we've developed a lifestyle brand that girls are going to embrace," the starlet says of the clothes, which she's promoting with a store appearance at 10 a.m. Thursday at STEVE & BARRY'S at Manhattan Mall. The items debut nationwide in Steve & Barry's stores on Thursday, Aug. 16th.

Actress AMANDA BYNES, who starred in the now-defunct CW sitcom "What I Like About You" and on the big screen in 'What a Girl Wants,' is branching out into the ever-popular world of celebrity fashion design.
Bynes has signed with clothing chain Steve & Barry's to create an exclusive line of apparel and accessories, according to Women's Wear Daily. It's slated to launch on August 10.
